Pros
Great company to work for. Some employees might start off with a low hourly wage, but trust me, the more certifications you get that can actually improve the company, the higher your wages grow. This is not a company that will just pay you 100k to stare at a computer. They want to make a lot of money by providing professionals who want to keep learning. What companies can offer the following?: - Free health care insurance - Free lunch 2x a week - Open door policy with the owners - A gym - Paid certifications (If you pass the first time or the last time) - Overtime up the wazoo - Friendly HR - Friendly employees...for the most part - 401k - Financial advisor - Great managers - Room for growth - And much more
Cons
Really, don't assUme During hourlY work. What do all the capitals spell out? There are a few people who will assume and quickly blame others if something goes wrong instead of trying to figure out what happened. Some will spend countless hours wasting time trying to figure out who to blame when that time could have been used to solve the issue instead of playing the blame game. That's the quickest way to burn your bridges and respect. You have to put people in their place and let them know you are here to work and not fall for their childish games. We are all here to make money, not gossip about who did what incorrectly. We are suppose to be professionals! So for anyone who assumes...stop it! It creates to much stress for no reason at all.
