Pros

100% Remote Work Options for Roles that it's possible for. Supportive Teammates, many learning opportunities. Pay is decent, awesome culture and management that is real about everything and cares. Great work life balance. Minimal On-Call Mature MSP that is still growing and improving.

Cons

Workload is a little heavy at times.

Owners are trying very hard to run a company properly

Pros

Owners continually improve organization, improve process. Seem to genuinely care about employees - any could have sold their stake and never worked again long ago. Processes are mostly mature and carefully thought out. Company has 4 strong values (Respect and Connect, Servant's Heart, Value value, and Progress Over Comfort), and tries to live those constantly. Raffles given quarterly for employees showing those values. Lots of room for advancement.

Cons

Organization has acquisition in its growth strategy - that is, buying companies. Ownership occasionally takes too strong of a 'let them be themselves' approach, which hinders the ability to standardize, and old habits/culture hang on much longer than they should. 401(k) and PTO are not currently competitive in market, though pay very much is.
