Pros

The pay is good if you actually get all of your hours. The benefits are very good. There are frequent opportunities for advancement if you are willing to get out of your comfort zone.

Cons

They have leaned out the workforce so much that we all wear multiple hats and are often scrambling to keep up with constantly growing quotas. Plant was recently retooled with a lot of new equipment, but it still breaks down frequently. You might be overworked one day, then sent home with no work the next day. Cameras EVERYWHERE watching your every move. Locker rooms / showers are disgusting. Leads are pretty much useless. Most of them abuse their phone privileges with no consequences.

Pros

- Great pay and vacation package compared to other companies in the Spokane area - Local team worked great together, and did their best to adapt to the diverse PLM/ERP systems used throughout the rest of the organization - Transparent interdepartmental communication

Cons

- Upper management making decisions without understanding relative consequences, then complains when the expected change is taking too long and costs too much. - Inconsistent work environment expectations - Too many Project Managers with unrealistic project priority expectations - RIF overloads existing employees with no workload or project prioritization support - Management more focused on battery development and expects system integration to evolve without the necessary support structure
