Treat you like you’re disposable working 7 days a week mandatory overtime don’t follow own policies HR will always side with company and get rid of you if you if you speak out about your situation to much. Don’t let you move up in the company if you bid on a job in a better department most likely they’ll cancel it and redo the job bid a couple months later. Overall a corrupt company poor management for the most part but good workers to work alongside.

Compensation here isn't great. A lot of people complain about low pay. PTO is only at 10 days. Depending on which program you are on, one particular high profile program's leads can be hostile. Majority are working in office despite COVID even when a lot of folks really don't need to be. Training is not consistent.
