The work was overall easy

Cons

They have zero loyalty to their employees. You’re truly just a number and will be replaced immediately. It’s not someplace you can really grow unless you’re a man. Higher ups often talk in an extremely condescending way.

Great pay, mostly good benefits, good career opportunities, rock-solid traditional business but ambitiously looking forward to develop new & innovative products, good leadership and communication from CEO's office

Cons

Minimal PTO which is not competitive with the rest of the job market, "siloed" feeling between different parts of the business which can make collaboration difficult, upper management not consistently strong from department to department which led to low morale in some parts of the business
