They don’t know what they are doing. Projects got changed or cancelled out of no where. Upper management complains to employees when nothing gets done. Certain people get praised, usually ones who speak loudly. People get treated unfairly with no feelings. Unethical working environment. Don’t treat employees properly. Management makes no sense. Give you two days notice for deliverable, you are ashamed if you don’t get it done. Employees get kicked out if upper management does not like you even if you are doing your job. Managers complain about each other and their teams. Hire tons of newbies and expect results like from principles or seniors. Employees are scared and miserable.

Management is horrible, the place has no sense of direction. Hours can be ridiculous
