      The pay for the area is good. managment is easy to get along with but they seem 20 years behind in manufacturing technology

      Pros

      Decent pay and 4 day work weeks if you have a job that allows it.

      Cons

      All senior managers and directors are in positions that are above or out of their expertise. Human resources runs the plant and is the puppet master for all. He watches cameras all day to harass employees. No chance of advancement. Once you take a position, you are stuck there.
