Good pay for the area Air Conditioned facility College tuition program Good health care

Cons

6 to 7 day work weeks(when I left) Low morale and a holier than thou attitude from management Emphasis is put on numbers not quality of product Training is non-existent Policy being dictated by corporate most of whom have never even visited the facility

Cons

There is no trainig; you get trained by other employees and they are not qualified to be trainers. The Mgmt was terrible, they don't help you but refer you to other employees for help.
