Pros

The people there are great to work with. After working there for three years you get to know almost everyone there and they are great people.

Cons

Absolutely no opportunity for advancement. I worked there for almost three years and had a Bachelor's degree towards the tail end of my tenure and still had to opportunity to advance my career there.

Pros

People can be worthwhile. Been there 20 years, and have met and worked with a lot of good folks over those years.

Cons

Top management doesn't want to listen. They work among themselves, and everyone else just has to go along. Watched my boss try to convince them for over a year on a well reasoned plan of action to no avail.
