no pros, only a few good people to work with at enersys

Cons

supervosors are non existent, the techs in the field run the show .people get hired on as employees because they know an employee and probably did some work at that persons house.while contractors that have more expierience and time on the job get passed over or layed off.

Good benefits, insurance plans are above par, and retirement is awesome!

Cons

Too much backstabbing and not enough people wanting to work. HR is a joke they treat Harassment like it's no big deal,only help people who kiss butt. Supervision below par unless your one of their favorites. Turnover rate is too high, no one decent wants to stay
