Great company, good benefits and managers who do care for the people that work for or with them.

Cons

Although the company takes great care protecting the health of its people you need to be aware you are working around lead.

Pros

Benefits are great. Friendly co-workers. Extremely sucessful company. Work/life balance is good. They are very community driven. There is an activities commitee which organizes events outside the work place (holiday party, United Way kickoff, etc.)

Cons

Pay is below average. Disconnect between departments. Vacation time could be better. I wish they were more open to telecommuting. The business is growing, but many of the departments are staying the same size.

Cons

Attendance policy is ludicrous. Points are given for staying home if you or your child is sick and your out of vacation. They treat new mothers horribly. If you decide to nurse your newborn they are totally unsupportable. If your pregnant they treat you like craps.
