      Good work/life balance and employee appreciation within the corporate office.

      Cons

      Certain employee's seem to get away with consistently making large mistakes and doing very little work and still being paid more than others that have much heavier work loads and make few mistakes if any.

      - Many employees have long tenures. - Strong emphasis on safety, compliance, and process consistency. - Colleagues at the individual contributor level are generally dedicated and supportive of one another.

      Cons

      - Excessive bureaucracy and risk-aversion slow down decisions and innovation without adding meaningful value. - Leadership concentrated in Reading, creating an echo chamber with limited exposure to external benchmarks or modern best practices. - Little understanding of the difference between performance (delivering results) and potential (capacity to grow, lead, or innovate). This results in rewarding those who “stay in line” rather than those who elevate standards or drive improvement. - Noticeable lack of diversity in senior leadership. - High performers and those who value inclusion, agility, and continuous improvement may find it a frustrating and limiting environment.
