Pros

Keep working. Run, run, run. No sitting down stay busy until your break. No matter how much your hurting, tired, what your going through in life or family you have. These were the words ordered everyday. Nothing is ever,, ever goo enough.. it is always 100 your fault for not making production numbers. The upper management is narcissistic slave drivers. You can have music and play whatever demeaning you want. All they care I that it keeps you productive inclined as a robot. It's about the money and bonus promised to supervisors. The ones that think they are above their peones. Only reason I would stay here and retire is if I was was succumbed to this abuse and hot used to it. But I will not get used to abusive, narcissistic men cracking their whip. Researching other jobs and learning my worth was not worth being here anymore. Even goung somewhere earning a few dollars less will give me back my sanity and the pain it caused my body to be in from constantly moving, testing, bending, lifting and standing like a horse for hours and hours. While strong grown men walk around every hour to see of your not sitting but constantly working. Then go vack to their office and sit looking at their computers till the next hour. Enough is enough. If workers would stand their ground and not tolerate this narcissistic old traditions of hard work. Your helping a company make money should not cause pain and suffering everyday. If your hands are not hurting your back will, if it's not your back , your feet. I think this give a good picture with out a picture. But this company will strive because they know people have to work to eat and pay bills to survive. But there is other companies that do give respect to people with families and beliefs.

Cons

Standing standing on concrete for hours and hours and hours. No time for family 6-7 days workweek. If you fall behind it's on you to work more and more till the over taking of orders are done. You got to energize the world you know! The uppers take the orders and uou do all the work while being ordered to make them money so they can give you just enough to feed your family you will hardly see.
