      Worst Management

      Pros

      Company has its perks with company vehicle and great insurance company. Always 40 + hours

      Cons

      Manager was not all invested into the company as he should be. He is part owner of a bar and all his time was spent there. He micromanages everything and with holds information from techs for power control. No personal time allowed. Go in blind to jobs not knowing what you need or don’t need. Every time manager had a job it was always wrong information never matched and companies have said that they disliked the manager because he was so unprofessional. Not much room for improvement or moving up.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits for the area with no real skills needed. Most jobs are not that difficult to learn. Majority of your pay comes from showing up on time. Some of the managers/team leaders try and make things easier to deal with. If you have minimal skills you can advance rather easily due to the need for people.

      Cons

      Upper management only cares about getting product out the door. Currently working 7 days a week mandatory. Some managers will throw employees under the bus to save themselves. There isn't any real problem solving going on, everyone is just pointing fingers trying to obsolve themselves of blame. Knee jerk reactions are usually how problems are solved.

      Pros

      Compensation is up to par when company is functioning properly. Most seasoned Capital Equipment Salespersons that I have worked with would do well here by simply following the processes they were taught that afforded them success prior.

      Cons

      Major challenges that appear entirely avoidable seem to occur in close succession from one another. Clear and direct communication is lacking when issues and/or challenges arise. Very high turnover during my two year tenure.
