Absolutely no work-life balance. Constant mandatory overtime, sometimes going into a thirteen day stretch.

Benefits package is good, insurance is good.

Cons

Management is incompetent from senior leadership team all the way up to CEO. How these people have decision making jobs is beyond understanding. If you think politicians are bad and Washington is dysfunctional (I don’t care if you are R or D) you’ll think that is a Swiss watch compared to how Enersys is run.
