The more incompetent you are the more likely you are to get a promotion. People quit and are not replaced so all the lower jobs (techs, office staff) are overworked but there are 15 different managers above them sitting on their butts doing nothing. Communication doesn't exist, and other than safety training there isn't any sort of job training. Medical coverage is good but dental and mental health coverage are garbage. And the mental health coverage is needed after dealing with the insanity that happens there. Information on upcoming jobs is kept secret a lot of the time and that makes it impossible to have the correct things needed for the job.

Not a lot of technology and comber some ways of doing things. Good product training almost no training of internal systems.

Lazy workers are allowed to be lazy, in certain departments.

Nowhere to really progress, difficult to know where you can go.

Nothing is documented. It's all tribal knowledge or the employee's personal documentation of the process. Training is stressful. No KPIs to set the bar.

Corporate BS, useless training, propaganda.

Management hiring deceit regarding compensation, poor training, terrible IT spending. They need to leverage technology to achieve goals.

Compensation here isn't great. A lot of people complain about low pay. PTO is only at 10 days. Depending on which program you are on, one particular high profile program's leads can be hostile. Majority are working in office despite COVID even when a lot of folks really don't need to be. Training is not consistent.
