Pros

High salaries, health insurance, trainings for those whose English can be improved, ability of business trip. Working for more than 2 years.

Cons

Bad management, there is no bonuses, no flexible working hours, anytime when you need some document or something else from the management it's a headache to get it, sometimes you have to remind them 2-3 times by mail or in person.

High salary. Ability of business trip without having enough experience. Career growth. Their support was very good when I joined.

Cons

Management is not good. Must start working maximum at 10.29 AM. Not flexible. Pressure sometimes is high but first impression was very good.
