1. Only 1 Pros you can work from home.

1. Poor salary then market range. 2. Poor benefits. 3. Decision making is very poor. 4. Less opportunity to grow. 5. They don’t have the experience for unforeseeable challenges to tackle.

This company will treat your salary as a “loss”

Pros

I worked on a great team. Pay was acceptably average.

Cons

This company prioritizes penny pinching and squeezing business units for margins at any cost. Enghouse does not offer a 401k match in North America and clearly has little regard for investing in their employees. Management consistently pushes for cost reduction to the point of moving health insurance providers twice in two years (note here that any premium saving was obfuscated from employees; Purely an administrative cost reduction). Bottom line is this company only cares about delivering value to their shareholders and you are only a line item on their profit & loss statements. I can’t stress enough that this company is not worth your time, it’s just one of those nameless corporate entities out there that exists to deliver profit and nothing else.

This business approach has allowed us to be a stable, consistent presence in the market for over 40 years.

Feels like nothing ever changes, small salary increases, not a lot of recognition
