Pros

My co-workers were what made the job bearable.

Cons

- The goals are unreasonable and management knows it. - Management doesn't care about you. If you are gone tomorrow, eh, you are easily replaceable. Just a cog in the machine. It doesn't matter if you've been there for one month or 15 years. - Some managers make you feel guilty for taking breaks, going to lunch, and even using the bathroom. - Management has "boot camp" weeks which is just their attempt at squeezing blood out of a turnip (work even harder, but you probably won't see a penny more in your paycheck). - None of the middle management dares to tell the CEO enough is enough because they'd probably get fired for speaking up. - Apparently they are now setting up surveillance equipment to watch people on the floor. - Management has their chosen few and if you aren't in the club, don't expect to get anywhere. - Management hires from outside of the company to fill roles that external candidates have to be trained on from internal people. If you are looking for stability and a career, keep looking.

Pros

My co-workers are great, funny, and really hard workers. They have vending machines. They do have free soda.

Cons

REALLY bad morale, management always has these secret meetings, all they ever do is have meetings. If you want a decent raise, you can forget it. I am talking you may get .30 a year. management has no idea what the employees want, because they think they will just get someone to replace you. They think that only people with degrees are worth anything, though most of the people they fire HAVE DEGREES. They do not appreciate your hard work, they will work you to the bone for nothing. They have cool LC's and Directors but the board calls all the shots. They have favorites and if you are not one of them watch out. One of the favorite managers loves to roll her eyes and degrade her employees, they know this, but somehow she has been there for years and has job security. Paranoid, they would rather install microphones and cameras than pay their employees. Tuesday meetings are them bragging about how much money they make, while we are supposed to clap about how we get none of it. Not even a party. Because they are constantly worried about producing. They will be losing a majority of their employees because it's a sad place, but, when you try to tell them, they think you are another disgruntled employee. People have to put on a happy face though they are so unhappy. if you don't play the game you will be let go.
