Sadly, I cannot think of a positive reason to work there.

Cons

Everyone looks scared ALL the time, for fear of losing their job. The environment is hostile, no breaks (ever), micro-management like you have never seen before, no seriously it's unreal. If management decides they don't like you.......you are toast, fired, gone and they will tell your co-workers that you were a horrible person, regardless of how well you have performed. Commissions are SO low there is zero incentive to work your butt off, which is what they demand. Their base pay is among the lowest I have seen in Utah. If you have ever worked somewhere that is so painful, monotonous, back-stabbing, soul-draining and makes you feel beaten down constantly, treading water just to survive....I assure you that experience was NOTHING compared to what England Logistics has in store for you. It's a sunken ship with toxic waste and will suck happiness right out of the happiest person. If they contact you, run for the hills and don't look back. Literally the WORST company I have ever had the displeasure of working for. They prey on those who have no other options........

I'm sorry that you had such a negative experience at England Logistics. I'm not sure how long ago you worked here, nor can I speak to your individual experience. But because there are people like yourself who have apparently have very negative experiences here and have shared their feedback we have been working even harder to address the issues raised and to become a better work environment. Our performance standards are high and for many so are the rewards that follow. We are continually striving to strengthen the training, coaching, support and tools our people have available to help them take ownership of their jobs and to succeed. Those who do experience tremendous levels of success in person, professional, and financial success. Cons is a word I would use! Where do I start?! Spook many cons. Family company= president Jason Beardass, brother is vice president, other brother is the head of the night program, there friends are in top positions at England and there family are working for England in management positions.

We do have a lot of family relationships here at England Logistics in all areas and at all levels of the company representing many families. We also have a lot of friends who refer their friends and former colleagues here. All are held to a high standard of accountability. As I have discovered in my life, there are two paths a leader can take when they have a family member on their team; 1) they can favor them and make it easy for them or 2) they can push them harder than anyone else. In my time at EL I have discovered that Jason Beardall and others with family or friends working here error on the side of behavior #2. Because of this the family and friend relationships are a strength for us. But one we closely watch to keep positive and not a take away. Thank you for your feedback.

The company encourages personal growth and the mentoring I have received has given me the opportunity to advance professionally. The working atmosphere is dedicated to competitive performance at the same time attracts a family environment. You love working with the people you do. Exceptional people to work for and with! Its enjoyable to watch within the marketplace our growth along with National and International brands.

Cons

The phrase (cons) is not a phrase I personally would use. The realty is, the opportunity within England Logistics requires and attracts individuals who are self motivated, exemplify great confidence in their abilities and performance while succeeding in a team fostered movement. That individual thrives in a healthy competitive relationship building opportunity.
