Pros

It was a somewhat decent company until maybe 2014-15

Cons

Very low pay ( bottom of the pay scale in the market), subpar Medicare coverage, incompetent HR, bad management ( back stabbing each other to take higher manager’s place), lots of favoritism and reward of golden employees, employees back stabbing and scapegoating each other, upper management disconnected from reality and blind towards direction of market and treating all-hands meeting like a joke and playing dumb musics. A total failure of a company. Brief nothing good here.

Pros

The only "pros" I can think of is the WFH aspect. And thank God for that because if you had to go into the office to complete the ridiculous amount of documentation, you should just move into the office.

Cons

Where do I begin?? If you aren't a part of the "good ole boys" club, don't even expect any advancement. In fact, count on being bullied! Staff was promoted on a whim without ever applying for the position, without the position ever posted, etc. Then you have other nurses writing your reports on your patients because they don't want to go in the field anymore so they'll just give them those positions---again, position never posted, just got promoted because of favoritism. Imagine working in a hospital and having another nurse write your notes for you?! Bonus program was a joke!! $12/hour for travel and wait time. Teenagers make more money working at McDonald's. And if you don't go over your hours to get the "Bonus," you are bullied about it because upper management in the Branch gets their bonuses based on yours! Just do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this company as possible!!
