      Pros

      I enjoyed working w/patients, families, providers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders. I was afforded this opportunity while working for Enlyte.

      Cons

      Everything, and i mean EVERYTHING in my life was dictated by how much i had to do at work. I could never achieve balance due to the unrealistic expectations and demands of the job.

      No one that I can think of.

      EXTREMELY unrealistic expectations of the field staff. There is no such thing as a work life balance. Managers are disrespectful and bombard you with negativity Every.Single.Day! Be prepared to work 12 to 16 hours daily and weekends to be made to feel like it still is not good enough. Vacation, PTO ect..you can forget about that. You will have your phone and computer with you in order to meet expectations. Training. What training? You better memorize an outdated book of badly copied unorganized crap and God forbid if you have a question. If you are a RN looking for something different, or a Seasoned veteran of WC CM, do yourself a solid and look elsewhere if you want your peace of mind. Most of the people working here are looking for employment elsewhere. So should you.

      Benefits Coworkers helpful No direct patient care If you are single this is the job for you

      Productivity driven- bill for everything if you don’t meet the numbers you will be ushered out the door Expectations to work on weekends Poor work home balance Toxic environment Supervisors will send you hateful emails and try to belittle you You will travel all over the state to see injured workers up to 2 hours one way. If you have a family do not apply to this job.
