Pros

Great people and management team to work with. Good bonus program. Top performers are recognized through bonus, monthly outings, and yearly top talent outings. Plenty of PTO offered including additional PTO for monthly perfect attendance.

Cons

Yearly raises are very low even for the highest rated employees.

Pros

I have been employed with Enova for over 8 years now and I have enjoyed working here the entire time. One main reason is the people I work with. I have had the opportunity to have worked with every department within Enova and there are some amazing relationships that have been built over time and I have enjoyed working with each and every one of them, whether they are still employed with Enova or not. I truly believe Enova invests in people and sets them up to succeed. It is fast-paced but at the same time Management supports you through and through. Valued work-life balance, time off flexibility, great benefits, perks, endless snacks.

Cons

I do not have any cons at this time. If I really have to be picky, the endless snacks do hinder any dieting you want to do, but you can't blame them for it.

Pros

I highly recommend Enova! The atmosphere is casual but professional with a true open door policy. You can go to any level of management and get results. Plenty of room for growth within the company, many reps move on to managerial positions. Great perks through contests, earned PTO time, etc. Not to mention that during the coronavirus pandemic, the company has made sure to accommodate all of the employees during this difficult time. Definitely the place to be!!

Cons

Lockers for storing personal items are too small especially in the winter time.
