      Pros

      Enova creates an amazing balance between challenges and the required time for learning. The managers are in great proximity to the Software Engineers and the opportunity for growth is vast.

      Cons

      The technical path for promotions is a little confusing. The role of Principal is not well defined and the architects positions are closed for no good reason.

      Pros

      Working at Enova has been an amazing experience so far. I've got to work and get experience with new and interesting technologies, participate on company wide initiatives that are great both for me to grow within the company, and as a professional overall. It's a company where you can really feel that you have a career roadmap, with a plan to advance to the next level that is closely followed by your manager to see what you’re doing well and where you should improve. The office has a cool vibe with great coworkers and perks like coffee (as a software engineer, it’s a must have), food and sweets!

      Cons

      I'm not working in the main office, so I don't get to see and meet everyone else, which made a little harder to get acquainted with everyone.
