      pay cosnidering I had no experience when I started whuthe do not take into account

      Cons

      shifts were always changing but the poeple were nice so it made made up for it

      Pros

      The work is highly analytical and always engaging. The collegiate environment makes for a fantastic working atmosphere. There are no egos getting in the way and everyone is listened to. Executive team are very supportive and accommodating. The benefits are the best of any company I’ve worked for, in fact any company I’ve heard of in London.

      Cons

      Time difference at times can be frustrating but no more so than other US firms I've worked for.

      vouchers for being a great colleague

      Cons

      - no growth opportunities - constant promises but nothing ever came to fruition - US office managers got involved in issues In London without ever speaking to us about our take on things - HR was useless - No real management to ensure staff wellbeing
