They have hired multiple different foreign workers first Indian then Mexican and now philapino. They had them on phones but got so many complaints they are making cash applications staff go to customer service positions and putting the foreigners in the cash application positions even though we were told the reason cash members were being moved is because cash departments were over staffed

Poor training and pay, sometimes growth isn't a good thing. Work out the kinks first. Leadership is focused on the money but always reminds us that people should come first, last and always... never mind the workers are people too
