      Low salaries, terrible hours, nonexistent management. The environment was incredibly toxic which was not only allowed but encouraged to continue

      Mid pay, leadership turnover, good work life balance

      Great work life balance and encourage employees use earned PTO. Eligible for quarterly bonuses.

      Cons

      Mid pay, high productivity numbers, hires workers with no real AR or medical experience, issues with off shore team, other departments aren't held to the high standards AR department is.
