      Pros

      Pretty consistent attitude. Pretty hands off. No real surprises. Suprising amount of autonomy.

      Cons

      Lackluster Company delayed raises by 3 months due to "economic difficulty" despite record breaking year and continued growth. Stifled out of bonus due to being in training,, training mandatory by them. It was rigged from the start.

      No raises, no overtime, CEO doesn't care

      None. Ensemble is a horrible company to work for.

      Cons

      Ensemble cares nothing for their employees. If you want to make pennies on the hour working long shifts, while being berated with daily emails for never collecting enough money, and not getting a raise, then this is the place for you.
