Pros

Work from home. No micromanagement just follow daily productivity checklist. Provided all equipment.

Cons

No reimbursement for internet, daily Teams meetings pulls a lot of data so have a strong internet connection. Pay per hour is low. Medical premiums and copays are high and even important medications copay expensive. Insurance reason some of coworkers left

Pros

Flexibility, work from home, have some great hardworking staff.

Cons

Stressful environment, heavy workload for all positions from leaders, down to coders. Unorganized structure, and below average pay rates. Most salary employees work 50-60 hours/week Coders are on mandatory overtime and have been for awhile and now they have been told that they can no longer work their flex schedules they have been working for years.
