Pros

My department is completely remote

Cons

Leaders are trying to turn things around but not until people were leaving left and right. Leadership hasn't changed so it feels performative and temporary; hard to trust that the same people who drove everyone out will magically turn a new leaf. Senior leadership has been made aware for at least 2 years the shady promotion and hiring practices in my department and the toxic environment and did nothing until we were nearly extinct. They make it nearly impossible to receive salary increases even though you personally performed above expectations. Replacing domestic workers with global workers even after we were allotted new domestic FTEs. This company has lost its vision and mission. People are not first.

Pros

You’re able to work from home, depending on your leader- hours are extremely flexible, & benefits are decent.

Cons

I worked for this company for 4 years, when I started in 2019 it had great bonuses, so much training, open discussions between leaders and teams. After covid the company went in a direction that made me silently quit. The raises were minimal, the bonuses disappeared, anytime we brought up money we would get shamed and told to be thankful we are employed. Had the president of the company who is constantly traveling on company dime to cut out our coffee runs and skip our nail appointments if we don’t have money. Showing how out of touch with reality she is with her employees. It took me 9 months to level up and that was after I had received approval from my entire leadership team. I was promised a supervisor position for 15 months, but it never came. I was in the SMART program which was supposed to be like a leader in training type program but it became the program of personal assistants to leadership. I constantly had my leaders on calls talking poorly about our team, giving out demands but not understanding said demands themselves. Productivity went from 75 accounts a day to 112 accounts a day- we would get emails at the end of the week if there was time through the week where we hadn’t noted something in 30 minutes or more. Consistently changing SOPs but not giving grace when learning. Not enough people to train, not enough moral to keep good people. It truly was heartbreaking to watch a place i loved turn into a place i no longer wanted to associate with! I wouldn’t recommend this company any longer.
