Cons

If you are part of a client merge into Ensemble there is no increase in pay. Only a small $300 bonus. If you become a “smart” ( trainer) there is no increase but more work added to you No Senior management communication with changes before it’s implemented.

Benefits aren’t terrible, but I’ve had better insurance.
