Thank you for sharing your honest feedback– both the good and the opportunities for improvement. Yes, we work hard and have high expectations, but from top to bottom we hold each other accountable to improve. We are a quickly growing company but believe that communication with each other, our team members, leaders and across the company is imperative to the success of Ensemble and the results that we produce for our clients. Each and every day our associates have the chance to meet with their team and their leader to talk about what’s working, ways to improve and things that are going on around the company. At Ensemble, we believe strongly in the professional development of all our associates, and that includes our leaders. We offer many different training programs and opportunities. We recently implemented a leadership development series, and we now have a robust leadership development training and education program in place. Additionally, we provide many opportunities for associates to speak up, and in fact, encourage them to do so.
