We have a newsletter, a company intranet, additional weekly e-mails that are sent to our associates and may other different ways that we communicate across our company.

Flexibility, good PTO, paid Holidays, some Managers are great!

Cons

Workflow could be tedious at times with odd processes in place. Some Managers show favoritism and if they don't care for you they will throw you in different client workqueues.
