The team is very welcoming. The training investment in each employee is more than I've experienced elsewhere and the quality of training is amazing. Benefits start 1st of the month after your start date which is almost unheard of.

Cons

The company is growing so the job duties and priorities can change quickly. It can be exciting, but you have to be able to keep up.
