      Company is always growing — meaning job security + opportunities, work/life flexibility, remote work options, diverse culture, highlights associates + includes them in communication across the company, flexibility, team dynamic

      Cons

      Raises can be difficult to receive or happen infrequently, benefits could always be better (i.e., company lacks 401k matching, maternity/paternity leave)
