      Pros

      Flexible work schedule is probably the only pro along with a WFH hybrid option. I think the executive leadership actually cares about the employees but there are many gaps down the ladder that I am sure would be a huge disappointment to the leadership team if they knew what actually went on at their organization.

      Cons

      I worked at Ensemble for just under 3 years and had probably 7 supervisiors during my time with the company. An extremely high turnover rate for associates and management. VERY low pay especially with a 4-year degree. The micromanaging and favoritism is insane within the Pre-Access department. I've also never worked for a company where associates would train their own supervisor on how to do their job. Insurance and benefits are not great. I was "lied to" during the recruitment process or else I would never even have worked for this company to begin with. Make sure to ask tons of questions regarding the bonuses and pay structure. Overall, a horrible experience but I am glad I worked at Ensemble so I can appreciate my current job and company a lot more. I stayed at this job for WAY too long but am much happier now. Now I know exactly what I will not tolerate at a company for the future.

      Amazing Company!

      Pros

      The leadership team and all peers are incredibly supportive. Everyone is so engaged in the community as well. They truly care about all the employees and their well being.

      Cons

      The only Con is that the company is growing so quickly. This causes a shortage in staff at times, but management is always working hard to correct this.
