      Pros

      The statement of employee’s first, last and always is demonstrated daily by all levels of management and is the culture not just words that are written down. Flexible schedules are great and really help with work life balance.

      Cons

      Starting pay is lower than you would anticipate however they do have bonus incentive programs quarterly which demonstrates willingness to share in the profit.

      Pros

      Pretty good pay and leaders are willing to help when asked. Access to leadership is there.

      Cons

      Health insurance isn't great, submitting expense reports is a nightmare.

      Great team environment. Never afraid to speak up. Always looking for the best people and processes.

      Cons

      Long hours can be rough sometimes but they also encourage use of PTO to create a balance.
