      Just trying to look at other jobs on Glassdoor so I have to add a review of a previous employer

      401k not matching, new hires make way more than those that were acquired when Ensemble bought us out and had been there for many more years, raises are a percentage so you’ll never make more unless you are promoted - not many opportunities for that
