Ensemble truly wants its employees to grow professionally, and provides the support, guidance and opportunities to make that growth a reality. If you want to work for a company that truly understands that its employees are the reason for its success, and treats them that way, this is it. If you want to work for a company that strives for excellence at all levels, this is it. My co-workers make me proud.

I wish we were headquartered in New York... or Hawaii...

Overall Ensemble is a great place to work. There is so much learn from their experienced and knowledgeable team. They do a lot to stay engaged with the associates and make work fun.

Cons

Any employer has flaws. But I’ve been here for 4 years, and have no plans to leave.

Ensemble gives you the opportunity to grow your career and the leadership really wants to see and help you to succeed. The more you put into your work, the more your going to get out of it. The company gives you the opportunity to voice your opinion and they’ll actively implement changes based on employee suggestions. All of the employees are great people and fun to work with. Ensemble really focuses on your work/life balance. They have several programs set up to have fun while you’re at work as well as programs to help improve your quality of life outside of work. Ensemble is a HUGE contributor to charity. It’s truly a good feeling being part of a company and surrounded by people that want to help give back.
