-Strict 1 minute tardy policy- no grace period -Doctor's excuses will not excuse an absence- No way to have excused absences -Low pay

Good co-workers that are Mercy employees. Hired vendor Ensemble has arrogant leadership that is borderline legal in some things they do and how they get rid of people

Cons

terrible management. management by fear. mandatory overtime for salary with no additional pay or time off. getting rid of all Mercy managers and bringing in Vendor managements from Ensemble company.
