My Ensemble Difference story is about the unique approach we experience each day in our careers as part of the Ensemble Team. I have spent the majority of my career working for amazing leaders in great organizations. The experience I have gained has been professionally fulfilling and rewarding, however a repeated trend was always present; no matter how great the leader nor how challenging the role, there was always a point where the ability to continue to push the limits on why and how we do things would hit a barrier. This was an inherent limitation in the large corporate structure that eventually in time would cause a creative, solution-driven approach, to become stagnated. What Ensemble provides is complete autonomy and freedom to constantly improve, challenge the status quo, and be innovative in how we approach each day. Having a no-limits mentality to providing creative solutions facilitates and helps our minds to thrive in an environment that generates results and outcomes challenging the historical “not the way we do things” approach. Having the opportunity to be involved in an organization that not only talks about innovation, but actually lives it and empowers its associates to own their problems and decisions keeps me constantly challenged and engrossed professionally. This is my Ensemble Difference, being a professional in an environment that keeps me intrigued and relentlessly stimulated, pushing the envelope to perform at exceedingly higher and higher levels each and every day.

As a leader at Ensemble I feel it is important to share why I have worked and will continue to work at Ensemble. It is all about our difference. My ensemble difference is fairly complex but I will try to simplify it here. I love working at Ensemble because the environment that we have created allows us to be challenged without fear. In fact, to challenge in a positive way is encouraged. We aren’t afraid to make mistakes. We can all contribute and have a voice to make innovation happen. It is a place without many limits that celebrates you as the individual and understands you matter to the whole team and vision. We can count on each other and in many cases, even as large as we have become, we are a family. We are tough on each other with the purpose of making each other better. We are given opportunities to influence and create. We are there for each other. WE are Ensemble. For me it is the fact there is a WE.
