Pros
This company offers the flexibility of being able to work from home for some such as myself and offers flexible schedules to almost everyone such as 4 - 10-hour work days or 4 - 9 hour days and 1 - 4 hour day. Vacation time is plentiful and you get your holidays on top of your vacation verses having to use your PTO. Pay is outstanding for this type of work. I cannot speak for the healthcare benefits as I do not have them, but I do take advantage of the FSA and the 401K. The company recently started contributing to our 401K's on a yearly basis. Ensemble is great about giving back to society. Every quarter a donation is made to a charity that the employees vote on. Hard work is recognized by leadership and rewarded. I am glad that I made the choice to come on board with Ensemble. I did not just get another job, I started my career!
Cons
You are not supplied a work phone or reimbursed for cell phone usage. You can claim on your taxes though. This is a relatively new company that is growing. There are changes all the time. The changes in my opinion have been for the better as the company continues to grow. If you can't adapt to change this may not be a good fit for you.
