As the company grows, the perks for employees decrease. Growth is a joke, No paternity/maternity leave. Very expensive benefits and lastly, the pay rate for their employees is an insult. If you look at other RCM companies that have the same roles as Ensemble, (ex. RCM 1) they disclose the pay scale in their application and care to pay their employees a livable wage. Yeah it's nice that we sometimes bonus quarterly and can be helpful, but it would be more helpful to have a livable wage with affordable health insurance. Why stay? I really enjoy my coworkers, WFH and management, they make it worth staying. I've seen in previous posts about how they share Judson or Shannon's email when Ensemble responds to these reviews, let's be realistic and understand you more than likely will not get a response when those emails are handed out, these reviews should be enough.
