      You get to work from home

      Cons

      This company is all about money and nothing else! They care more about the numbers than anything. They preach about it being a good work-to-life balance, but in reality, it is not. They barely want you to step away from your desk. They show favoritism and only accommodate people that they want to.

One of the most important reasons is patient safety and making sure we have the right number of people supporting our client hospitals during peak periods.
