Ensono offers a flexible hybrid work model that truly supports work-life balance. The leadership team is encouraging and approachable, creating an environment where external pressure is never felt. Compared to other organizations, the balance here is exceptional, and I’m genuinely happy to be part of this team

I would like share what I have experienced for the past years working at Ensono- 1) Very Supportive team culture and collaborative environment 2) Flexible work arrangements (remote/hybrid options) 3) Strong Focus on Innovation and Learning 4)Recognizes and appreciates employee contributions- And more over the leaders at the Company are excellent especially my Leader Rajat Lahiri- He is very Transparent in communication about company goals and performance, which motivates every employees who work under him. He is very accessible and approachable leader who listen to feedback and guide in a way to achieve our business goals
