Pros
There’s no denying that Ensono as a business has been undergoing the turbulence associated with a number of acquisitions – Throw into the mix the natural disruption in the industry generated by cloud and it’s no wonder there’s a number of negative reviews here - however I feel that we’re coming out the other side of this now as a stronger, more integrated and better company for it. So I felt it’s only fair to write a more balanced review as I believe the European business has really found its identity and direction under Barney Taylor (European MD). Process is being proactively streamlined, systems are being better integrated and it’s starting to feel like we have a north star, rather than being an offshoot of a US identity. I think the business has a good benefits/salary packages and can offer challenging and interesting work to people as the market positioning and portfolio of services is fairly unique and broad.

It’s not perfect, but nothing ever is and there’s still more work to be done on streamlining processes
