      Pros

      I'm new to the organization (under a month) and have been very impressed with the recruitment process and the new hire orientation. Although the company has been around for over 40 years (in their previous incarnation of Acxiom IT), they act more like a start up. This is an innovative company where leadership is very engaged and making significant investments to grow the business. The people are friendly and I've found it very easy to collaborate and quickly get up-to-speed..

      Cons

      Because of the fast pace of growth, the company is still working out the kinks in a number of processes (HR, invoicing, etc.). Management is aware of this and working to scale these processes as the firm grows.

      Pros

      Start up, great CEO, and most of the exec team are great to work for and with. The employees are a great people. It's a fast paced environment and is consistently changing, which I liked. The vibe was overall positive. Great opportunity to get in on the ground floor and watch the company flourish.

      Cons

      The policies need work, some of the executive team needs to work on how they deliver messages to employees as they are known to be rude and disrespectful. To get the best out of people encouragement works best. Verbal abuse and tearing down employees is not the way to inspire people.
