      Pros

      Very friendly and supportive environment. The company definitely cares about its employees, it's not just "lip service". That kind of care from upper management causes the employees to WANT to go above and beyond to ensure the success of not only themselves, but the company as a whole.

      Cons

      Work/Life balance is a little strained right now as the company is growing so fast. I think that will level off once policy and procedures are set in place.

      Pros

      Currently in a state of transformation, allowing for many opportunities to make direct impact to the company bottom line. The people I work with are some of the best Ive seen in the industry after 20+ years of experience, much of which at different managed hosting providers. The people are engaging and supportive. It is a fun, fast paced, exciting atmosphere with a feeling of working for a start up. The management team cares about the employee experience and health, going so far as to provide fitbit's to all employee's.

      Cons

      If your not comfortable with change or a fast paced environment, Ensono may cause you some stress.
