Great teams across operations Easy access to highway Somewhat competitive pay unless you look at hours worked Good vacation (Almost 4 weeks)

Cons

Short staff across support, continuous 60+ hour weeks and 6-7 days a week worked. No room for career growth Perks being taken away slowly (working from home being big one) L1 Engineers being hired to replace L3/4 engineers.

Nice offices with newer technology

Cons

(Micro)Managers/leadership are terrible. They pay way below your value and work you to death. The sales team sell services the company doesn't provide and then expect you to implement them anyway. They never say 'no' to their clients and will not have your back (they will throw you under the bus).

Cons

Confused company, preach work life balance but dump and demand to the extreme. Impossible to achieve. Document everything you do so your replacement is fully trained. You will never not have the threat of a pending review held over your head.
