There had been small pockets of talented people who were heavily relied upon to help smooth over the missteps and miscalculations of their Sr Leadership.

Cons

Not being at Ensono has been a catharsis for my soul. Working at Ensono is akin to being a substance abuser and hitting rock bottom . You eventually come to the realization that nothing fruitful will come of this existence. Ensono is like some carcass being picked over by vultures. They’re Afghan army of outsourcing. Best of luck with your job search.

Get to work from home but only because of Covid-19

Cons

Way too many managers and executives, poorly organized, poor planning, no advancement, poor leadership. Most jobs are migrating to India and most openings are in India. It just appears to look nice for potential customers and to look good for a buyer.

The people are good to work with. They all work hard and everyone is willing to help each other.

Cons

Management is pretty non-existent. The direction of the company is moving everything off-shore. Not a lot of opportunities to move up or to new departments.
